One of the wildest corners of the Costa Brava: smooth pebbles, Mediterranean woodland and extraordinarily clear water with views of the Islas Medas. Difficult access means a peaceful atmosphere even in summer.

🅿 Parking by the park road; 25-30 min along a path with uneven ground and loose stones (not suitable for pushchairs or reduced mobility).

no restaurants — a respectful picnic or head back to L'Estartit.

no showers, toilets, lifeguard or bins — a completely natural setting.

🤿 Snorkelling:

white seabream, salema, posidonia seagrass, octopuses, starfish.

👨‍👩‍👧 With children:

only if they're used to mountain trails (no sand, ~30 min walk).

👵 With seniors:

not recommended.

🐶 With pets:

a very good option, kept under control.

🌦 In strong tramontana winds:

uncomfortable for swimming — check sea conditions beforehand.

plenty of water, water shoes, sunscreen, a cap, snorkelling goggles, a towel, food.
