Route 5A — Cala Montgó
📍 L'Escala
🚗 3 km (5 min) from the town centre
Nestled among pine groves and sheltered by the Montgrí massif, it's one of the most popular beaches on the Costa Brava: a shell-shaped bay with calm waters and fine sand. It tends to stay protected from storms, offering calm seas for much of the summer. It has every service you need for a full day out.
